The timing of withdraws depends on the closing date of your credit card.
Purchasing with school code / Orders will be shipped to school, according to agreement with school. For more details please contact your school.
Purchasing as guest / Orders will be shipped within 5 days of order confirmation. We will inform you if the item is unavailable or if regular shipping conditions cannot be met.

Purchasing as guest / For orders under 9,800 yen (including tax) an 880 yen (including tax) shipping and processing fee will be added.
1) If the item is damaged or the wrong item is delivered, we will replace the item.
2) If we are unable to replace the item, we will issue a refund for the item.
3) Please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery if there is a problem with your purchased item. Shipping fee for return or exchanged items will be covered by Smart Ed.
4) We do not accept exchanges or refunds for other reasons except the above listed.
